Enhance public service efficiency as a full-time Administrative Coordinator in the Public Works department.

This permanent position supports the Public Works Foreman through organizing records, preparing documents, and responding to service requests. You will use your organizational skills to streamline processes and ensure timely responses to inquiries, actively contributing to the success of various projects and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative tasks to support operations
• Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
• Organize permit applications and related documentation
• Order necessary supplies for field crews
• Compile materials for community workshops
Requirements:
• Diploma in office administration or related field preferred
• At least three years of administrative experience
• Knowledge of accounting and record-keeping practices
• Strong communication skills in written and oral form
• Valid Class 5 B.C. driver’s licence required
