As a Housing Administrative Assistant, you'll collaborate closely with the Housing Manager and diverse stakeholders.

Your role emphasizes documentation, logistical support, and financial assistance within housing programs. This position requires excellent communication and organization skills for effective interactions with community members and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct administrative support to the Housing Department

• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation

• Assist with departmental budgets and financial processing

• Coordinate meetings and schedule site visits

• Draft departmental communications and public notices

Requirements:

• Certificate in Business Administration or related field

• Minimum three years of relevant administrative experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
