Relief Part Time Home Support Scheduler

Location:

Sahali Mall, Kamloops, BC.

Days of work:
Rotating, Days, Evenings.

Shift times: 06:00 to 14:00, 07:00 to 15:00, 08:00 to 16:00, 13:00 to 21:00.

This is a relief position until the return of the incumbent.

The Home Support Scheduler is responsible for developing and coordinating home support service schedules. Duties may include:

• Receiving service referrals and changes;
• Reviewing client needs and matching Community Health Workers based on suitability, geographic location, and skills required;
• Scheduling, monitoring, maintaining and adjusting Community Health Workers’ schedules and client appointments;
• Confirming completion of client service to referral clinician;
• Timekeeping.

• A 5-minute typing test (30+ NWPM) from a recognized institution, completed within the past 24 months (non-supervised tests not accepted).  for testing details;
• Proof of graduation from a recognized Office Administration Program;
• Your resume indicating two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
