Join Golden Health Centre as a relief full-time Administrative Services Assistant, supporting vital Mental Health, Substance Use, and Home Health operations. This role includes data entry, client scheduling, and maintaining supplies.

As an Administrative Services Assistant, you'll contribute to various essential tasks within Mental Health and Home Health services. Key responsibilities involve data organization, preparing presentations, and managing client appointments, ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your ability to maintain accurate records and perform various office tasks will directly impact patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, collate, and verify crucial information

• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients

• Perform data entry and type correspondence accurately

• Prepare presentations and arrange meetings as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of medical equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education and valid BC Driver’s License

• Office administration certificate from recognized institution

• One year recent related experience preferred

• Ability to type at least 40 nwpm

• Strong organizational and communication skills
