In this relief role, you will work rotating shifts during the day and evening. Your responsibilities include managing service referrals, reviewing client needs, and ensuring proper scheduling of Community Health Workers based on skills and geographic locations. You’ll confirm service delivery and assist with timekeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling of home support service

• Match Health Workers to clients effectively

• Adjust and monitor appointments for optimal care

• Ensure confirmation of service with referral clinicians

• Perform accurate timekeeping for Health Workers

Requirements:

• Office Administration Program graduation proof

• Completion of a typing test (30+ NWPM)

• Two years of recent relevant experience or equivalent

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Availability for rotating day and evening shifts
