Position Summary
Royal Inland Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Staffing Services Scheduling Clerk to join their team in Kamloops,

B.C!

This is an in-office position that plays a key role in supporting staffing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services through effective scheduling and workforce coordination.

This position works rotating days, evenings 05:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 23:00, 07:30 to 16:00, 09:00 to 18:00.

What Will You Work On?
In this role you will work in a customer-focused, team-oriented framework performing staffing, scheduling and payroll clerical functions in a fully automated system. Some typical duties will include:

Receives and processes requests for vacancy coverage to ensure staff compliment baselines are met;

Allocates and calls in relief staff to fill vacancies;

Receives and processes on-staff, payroll removal notices and change notices;

Reviews and audits timekeeping records;

Reviewing, calculating and editing on call and call back hours;

Data entry;

Reception and clerical duties.

Qualfications

Grade 12, plus three years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Completion of a Typing Test 35 wpm or greater, dated within the past 48 months and must be issued from a valid institution only. (non-supervised tests not accepted)
