In your role as a Staffing Manager Assistant, you will assist in the operations of Adult Custody facilities. The position requires exceptional administrative skills and experience with MS Office applications. Your contributions will ensure the smooth functioning of the custody system, impacting community safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct administrative support for correctional operations
• Manage victim notifications and facilitate federal billing
• Oversee purchasing and handle inventory logistics
• Assist with the execution of clerical activities
• Collaborate closely with the custody management team
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation or equivalent is necessary
• At least one year of clerical experience is needed
• Familiarity with MS Office applications is required
• A Class 5 driver's license must be held
• Preference for candidates with correctional facility experience
