This Estimator role requires expertise in customer service and repair estimates. Craftsman Collision values teamwork and is committed to maintaining quality standards. You will educate customers about claims processes, book appointments, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the repair journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
• Book estimate appointments and handle walk-in customers
• Inspect vehicles for damage and prepare accurate estimates
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Identify sales opportunities and improve the customer experience
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar environment
• Familiarity with Mitchell, Audatex, and ALLDATA software
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent time management skills
• Must hold a valid class 5 driver's license
