Automotive Journeyman Technician
to join a busy, established OEM in Kamloops, BC.
Our client, is looking for someone who is technically strong, productive, dependable, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Ideally with Brand Certifications

What We're Looking For- Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification
- Strong automotive diagnostic skills
- Experience working on multiple makes and models
- Strong passenger vehicle and light-truck experience
- Electrical and electronic diagnostic experience
- Ability to troubleshoot problems rather than simply replace parts
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Good productivity and time-management skills
- Consistent quality workmanship
- Low comeback rate
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Team-oriented attitude
- Professional communication skills
- Willingness to help apprentices and less-experienced technicians
$35–$50 per hour

Higher rates are available for technicians who demonstrate
strong diagnostics, high production, consistent quality, and a low comeback rate
