Key Responsibilities:- Help customers select and locate required automotive parts
- Order parts and explain function, price, application, and warranty
- Research availability through dealership and external sources
- Communicate order status with service and sales departments
- Maintain inventory counts and assist with department duties
- Previous automotive or related parts experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
- Listening, tact, sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism
- Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Comfort using technology and lifting up to 50 pounds
