Organize capital projects for the City of Kamloops using project management, financial forecasting, and detailed contract administration expertise. This temporary full-time position supports major infrastructure delivery.
As an Infrastructure Delivery Administrator, you will coordinate capital projects and development servicing with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The work emphasizes financial accuracy, data management, performance reporting, and efficient workload management. Your administration supports successful project execution and keeps infrastructure initiatives on track.
Key Responsibilities:- Support execution of major capital projects
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Administer contracts and maintain project data
- Track financial accuracy and forecast project needs
- Prepare performance reports and manage workloads
- Business Administration diploma or certificate, including accounting coursework
- Three or four years of related project administration experience
- Experience with major architecture, engineering, or construction projects
- Certified Associate in Project Management designation
- Advanced Word and Excel, intermediate Access, and Class 5 licence
