Drive HSE compliance for industrial construction and crane services with Cutting Edge Consulting, leading audits, risk controls, and safety documentation in person.
The Health, Safety, and Environment Manager maintains day-to-day administration, implementation, and improvement of the safety management system. You will support field operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor ISO 45001 requirements across multiple projects. The role also coordinates audits, tracks corrective actions, and escalates risks to the Director, HSE & Risk Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate internal audits and support external audits
- Maintain COR certification requirements and audit readiness
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions for compliance
- Prepare operational safety reports and track safety metrics
- Develop Site-Specific Safety Plans and hazard assessments
- Minimum five years of progressive construction health and safety experience
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations and COR requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- NCSO, CRST, CRSP, or equivalent designation preferred
