Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed project cost estimates covering all aspects

• Review tender documents and drawings with precision

• Conduct job site visits to gather accurate information

• Execute accurate quantity takeoffs for materials and labor

• Analyze subcontractor quotes for competitiveness and completeness

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technical diploma

• 1-3 years of experience in construction estimating

• Proficient in estimating software, particularly HCSS

• Previous experience in project coordination or fieldwork

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
