This temporary, full-time role involves reporting to the Foreperson and ensuring effective asphalt operations on various projects. Your main tasks will include operating paving machinery, conducting equipment inspections, and implementing safety policies throughout your work. Travel across British Columbia is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to pave asphalt on roadways

• Conduct thorough inspections before operations

• Ensure machinery maintenance and repairs

• Follow all safety regulations and procedures

• Adhere to company policies during your shifts

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience with asphalt rollers

• Previous paving experience preferred

• Valid Driver's License essential

• Additional certifications are a plus

• Must be available for on-call tasks
