Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects

• Examine and understand drawings and tender documents

• Collect site-specific information through visits

• Execute precise quantity takeoffs for accurate cost assessments

• Scrutinize subcontractor quotes for completeness and pricing

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering diploma

• 1 to 3 years of construction experience

• Previous estimating or project coordination skills

• Familiarity with estimating tools, such as HCSS

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
