We seek experienced foremen for various civil construction, mining, and pipeline maintenance positions. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, planning labor and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will excel in communication and problem-solving, thereby driving productivity while working in areas such as Dawson Creek and Merritt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations for construction, mining, and pipeline projects

• Monitor crew performance and adjust tasks as needed

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards

• Review project specifications and manage site conditions

• Maintain organized documentation and reporting during projects

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a foreman or senior field supervisor

• Knowledge of civil construction processes, including utilities and reclamation

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel across Western Canada for project assignments

• Compliance with safety certifications such as H2S Alive
