Assume a vital role as a Project Manager at Infracon, overseeing diverse civil construction projects across Western Canada. Focused on quality, safety, and stakeholder engagement, this position ensures project completion and success.
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, coordinating efficiently with clients, subcontractors, and your field teams. Strong financial acumen and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential as you navigate challenges and lead project developments. Your proactive mindset ensures alignment with Infracon's standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from initial planning through completion
• Define project scope and deliverables with stakeholders
• Maintain budgets and schedules, ensuring resource allocation
• Adjust plans to meet project demands dynamically
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in civil construction project management
• Experience with utilities, pipelines, and earthworks
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Education in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
• P.Eng. designation or PMP certification is a plus
