Support successful project delivery as a Project Coordinator for Nhwelmen Construction in Kamloops, British Columbia. Collaborate closely with the Site Superintendent to maintain seamless communication and project documentation.
In this role, you will coordinate various project activities, including scheduling labor and managing equipment needs. Your ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, along with strong organizational and leadership skills, will be essential. A strong attention to detail ensures that documentation and safety protocols are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule labor and equipment efficiently
• Coordinate deliveries with subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain contracts, change orders, and documentation
• Compile daily reports detailing site progress and issues
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards
Requirements:
• Two years of related experience in project management
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and self-sufficient
• Clean driver’s abstract and reliable transportation
