We are seeking a experienced Site Supervisor to lead field execution on commercial interior construction project located in Williams Lake, BC. Successful candidate must be willing to travel to Williams Lake or be open to relocation for the duration of the project.

This role is intended for senior field professionals who have successfully delivered full interior buildouts from base building or shell condition through final completion in technically demanding environments.

Role Summary

The Site Supervisor serves as the primary field authority responsible for all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in strict alignment with construction documents and sequencing requirements.

This position requires a supervisor capable of running complex interior construction sites independently, coordinating multiple trades simultaneously, and maintaining complete control of scheduling, logistics, and field quality across all phases of construction. Successful candidate must be willing to travel to Williams Lake or be open to relocation for the duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily on‑site execution of commercial interior construction projects from base building shell through full tenant fit‑out
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors across all construction disciplines
  • Enforce proper sequencing across all building systems including:
  • Structural and non‑structural framing
  • Electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems
  • Medical gas and specialized healthcare infrastructure where applicable
  • Drywall assemblies, acoustic ceilings, millwork, glazing, and architectural finishes
  • Coordinate complex multi‑trade installations within active or occupied environments
  • Identify potential conflicts between trades early and implement solutions before schedule impact
  • Maintain tight control over site sequencing, access routes, staging areas, and material logistics
  • Coordinate material procurement and delivery scheduling to align with construction progress
  • Maintain strict quality standards across all phases of construction
  • Enforce site safety policies and ensure full compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations
  • Maintain organized, professional job sites with strong housekeeping standards
  • Support inspections and ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
  • Communicate regularly with project management regarding schedule progress, risks, and site requirements
Required Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complete interior buildouts from shell condition
  • Previous experience as Senior Site Supervisor, Superintendent, or Lead Foreman
  • Experience with medium to large‑scale commercial, institutional, or healthcare projects
  • Strong understanding of complex construction sequencing and multi‑trade coordination
  • Proven ability to independently run active job sites with minimal oversight
  • Strong technical understanding of building systems and interior construction assemblies
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Strong leadership presence with clear communication and decision‑making skills
  • Experience managing projects within operational healthcare or institutional environments is considered a strong asset
Additional Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable using mobile devices for site communication, reporting, and documentation
  • Strong commitment to safety, workmanship quality, and professional site management
  • Successful candidate must be willing to travel to Williams Lake or be open to relocation for the duration of the project.
