If you enjoy working outdoors year‑round in a high‑performing team and want to get your hands dirty, this is the gig for you. We are looking for a permanent, full‑time Field Assistant to join our Civic Construction team. In this role you will contribute to essential infrastructure projects that improve the lives of citizens, performing construction work on capital projects involving installation and repair of municipal infrastructure.

You will gain exposure to a variety of construction activities, equipment, and projects and have the opportunity to build long‑term career skills. Safety protocols must be followed to ensure a safe working environment and adaptability to dynamic conditions is required.

For new hires and for those working in positions of trust, a police information check is required before a formal offer is made. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and is a CUPE Local 900 position.
