Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations on construction projects

• Develop collaboration strategies with Project Managers

• Manage resources, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently

• Direct field teams to prioritize safety and quality workmanship

• Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of civil construction experience

• 5 years in a supervisory capacity

• Knowledge of construction methods and field execution

• Experience with scheduling and cost management

• Ability to travel across Western Canada for site work
