In this role, you will serve as the on-site safety expert, monitoring compliance, leading safety orientations, and conducting site inspections. Your responsibilities include managing relationships with workers and subcontractors to promote a culture of safety and adherence to best practices. You'll ensure that safety protocols align with industry standards while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards at active sites

• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations

• Liaise with external safety agencies

• Assist in developing the Health and Safety program

• Post safety updates and communicate regulations

Requirements:

• 1-year experience as a Safety Advisor or equivalent

• CSO certification valid in British Columbia

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

• Ability to adapt to varying site conditions

• High attention to detail and proactive mindset
