Clark Builders, part of the Turner Construction family, is looking for a dedicated Surveyor. This full-time position requires expertise in GPS technology and the ability to read blueprints effectively.

Your role will involve measuring terrain characteristics, calculating depths, and verifying survey data accuracy, ensuring safety and precision in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys using GPS and Topcon equipment

• Prepare layouts and as-builts for construction projects

• Calculate positions, heights, and depths of terrains

• Verify and validate survey data accuracy

• Represent Clark Builders professionally on sites

Requirements:

• Strong aptitude for mathematics

• Experience in commercial/industrial construction preferred

• Familiarity with electronic surveying instruments

• Valid SiteReadyBC and First Aid Certificate an asset

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
