Position: Kamloops Civil Construction Foreman Role

This position calls for a proactive Civil Construction Foreman to lead projects across Western Canada. You will report to the General Superintendent and manage the daily operations at construction sites. Balancing safety standards with productivity, you'll provide leadership to labor crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while nurturing a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site work activities and crew management

• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance

• Maintain accurate documentation and project logs

• Foster an inclusive environment for all team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in civil construction

• Proven ability to manage site works effectively

• Experience with underground utilities and roadworks preferred

• Knowledge of Heavy Job is an asset

• Must possess a Class 5 driver's license
