Join our team as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, where you will lead roofing operations and enhance site safety protocols. This role emphasizes expertise in managing field operations and team dynamics.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years supervising commercial roofing work and is well-versed in safety compliance, project budgeting, and stakeholder communication. You will oversee daily operations, address material needs, and coordinate with various professionals to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage roofing field operations and foremen
• Ensure safety documentation is completed
• Oversee materials and equipment logistics
• Work directly with clients and contractors on the site
• Handle job site emergencies and unplanned issues
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in commercial flat roofing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate with MS Office proficiency
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record
Lead commercial roofing projects while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
