You will report directly to the Construction Manager, managing site crews and ensuring that all work adheres to quality standards and specifications. Acting as the primary liaison among project stakeholders, your leadership will drive productivity while enforcing safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of site construction activities
• Supervise and support site crews effectively
• Ensure crew timesheets are submitted on schedule
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors regularly
• Promote and enforce safety culture on-site
Requirements:
• Construction Management degree or Journeyperson Electrician status
• 5-7 years of construction experience required
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with good record
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
• Willingness to work out of town as needed
