Project Controls Coordinator in Construction

In this position, you'll report to the Supervisor Project Controls, offering essential field-level cost management support for construction projects. Your responsibilities will include analyzing project forecasts, ensuring budget accuracy, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. You'll also conduct timely reporting and facilitate collaboration in weekly progress meetings, contributing to the project's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate project contract budgets and forecasts

• Collect project cost data for analysis and reporting

• Ensure timely contract control requirements are fulfilled

• Liaise with stakeholders to communicate project progress

• Review contractor schedules for alignment with project plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of related experience required

• Strong proficiency in Eco Sys PCMS and MS Office

• Ability to interpret construction estimates and schedules

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong data management abilities
