Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of project delivery and timelines

• Coordinate on-site activities of workers and subcontractors

• Lead toolbox meetings to enforce safety regulations

• Maintain compliance with building codes and project requirements

• Communicate effectively with project management and teams

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Construction Management or similar

• Solid experience in construction supervisory roles

• Knowledge of construction processes and safety laws

• Strong ability to read construction documents

• Willingness to travel for project site management
