This full-time role reports directly to the Superintendent. As a Surveyor, you will utilize advanced electronic equipment for land surveying and adhere to safety protocols. Your tasks include calculating property lines, verifying measurements, and comprehending blueprints to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use advanced surveying tools for site works
• Prepare excavation limits and as-built records
• Calculate terrain characteristics and verify data accuracy
• Work effectively with a team to deliver precise results
• Maintain professionalism in all site representations
Requirements:
• Solid foundation in mathematics and technology
• Previous experience in commercial/industrial construction beneficial
• Valid SiteReadyBC and First Aid Certificate preferred
• Effective communicator and team collaborator
• Comfortable with outdoor working conditions
