As a Labourer, your contributions are vital to ensuring project success through efficient site preparation and safety protocols. You will physically assist with a variety of tasks, including demolition, concrete work, and operating tools while demonstrating a strong work ethic. The position requires flexibility for travel and long hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sites by clearing debris and assembling scaffolding

• Safely load and unload construction materials

• Assist trades like electricians and masons

• Mix and finish concrete as needed

• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the worksite

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

• Previous construction experience preferred

• Reliable with a strong commitment to teamwork

• Basic problem-solving and coordination skills
