Position: Kamloops Project Coordinator for Construction
Be part of exciting building projects as a Project Coordinator in Kamloops, BC. This full-time role offers a competitive salary while overseeing multi-family wood-frame builds from the ground up.

You will coordinate two significant construction sites, each featuring 53 and 27 units. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience and familiarity with Procore or equivalent software. This position requires active site presence, ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication with subtrades and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Coordinate with subtrades and suppliers effectively

• Track schedules, budgets, and procurement

• Maintain strong site presence for oversight

• Log and compile meeting minutes accurately

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of coordination experience in multifamily builds

• Proficiency in Procore or similar project management tools

• Must be based in Kamloops or willing to relocate

• No travel expenses provided for this position

• Understanding of wood-frame construction processes
