Candidates must possess a Journeyperson certification and demonstrate experience working with rough-terrain cranes up to 160T. You will adhere to company protocols, conduct inspections, and communicate effectively on-site. This role demands a strong understanding of load calculations and an ability to work on challenging terrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes efficiently in various conditions

• Fly and place concrete forms and heavy loads

• Maintain safety while navigating crowded sites

• Carry out daily equipment checks and inspections

• Follow both verbal and non-verbal communication instructions

Requirements:

• Journeyperson certification from a recognized body

• Industrial setting construction experience

• Proven track record with rough-terrain cranes

• Ability to interpret load charts and lift plans

• Strong work ethic and communication skills
