We are searching for a full-time Superintendent capable of supervising site personnel and ensuring safety protocols are meticulously adhered to. The role demands strong communication, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail to maintain project schedules and oversee site operations. Your leadership will play a crucial role in guiding our construction teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees and subcontractors on-site

• Accurately read and interpret project plans

• Delegate tasks with clear instructions to teams

• Maintain schedules and enforce safety on-site

• Manage outdoor working conditions and lifting tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in both commercial and residential construction

• Strong mathematical skills for effective problem-solving

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License

• Health and Safety knowledge, First Aid is an asset

• Reliable work ethic and excellent communication
