Join our dynamic team as a Construction Site Labourer in Kamloops, BC. This full-time role involves hands-on tasks like moving materials, assisting with equipment, and ensuring site safety while working outdoors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of labourer experience. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading materials, installing safety barriers, and maintaining a clean construction area while supporting skilled tradespeople. A strong physical condition and ability to adhere to safety protocols are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fulfill tasks assigned by Site Superintendents
• Transport and organize construction materials efficiently
• Set up and dismantle concrete forms and scaffolding
• Direct equipment operators in safe operations
• Clear debris and maintain site cleanliness
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of construction labour experience
• Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Familiarity with construction equipment and safety guidelines
• Basic carpentry skills are beneficial
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset
