This site-based role demands an experienced advisor with a focus on proactive safety management. You will develop strategies for safety challenges, conduct comprehensive inspections, and facilitate safety training sessions. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect work areas and discuss safety issues

• Advise on the implementation of safety programs

• Monitor compliance and safety performance indicators

• Facilitate safety meetings and toolbox talks

• Audit hazard assessments for accuracy

Requirements:

• 5+ years in heavy civil or mining sectors

• CRSP or equivalent certification

• Proven risk assessment and programme development experience

• Strong adaptability to changing priorities

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol requirements met
