Position: Construction Coordinator for Digital Projects
Be part of Bird's legacy in Kamloops as a Digital Construction Coordinator, specializing in virtual design and construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Engage directly in project coordination and model facilitation onsite.

Reporting to the Digital Construction Manager, this role focuses on managing VDC/BIM initiatives, ensuring projects are on time and meet all constructability requirements. Develop relationships with consultants while overseeing the integration of facilities management info into the models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive digital construction activities from planning to execution

• Conduct model coordination meetings to address design issues

• Assist in the development of schedule visualization workflows

• Maintain model accuracy and facilitate training for staff

• Support the development and execution of the BIM Execution Plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• 3 years’ experience with relevant VDC/BIM software

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management applications

• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
