Position: Senior Estimator for Landscape Projects
Lead the estimating process for landscape construction at a senior level, focusing on accuracy and collaboration. Utilize 10+ years of industry experience to guide successful project execution.

This role requires a seasoned landscape estimator to prepare detailed estimates for a variety of projects including retaining walls and drainage. You'll conduct client consultations, leverage your knowledge of landscape methods, and work with project teams. Mentoring junior staff and refining team processes will also be key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients through site visits for consultations

• Prepare estimates for hardscape and softscape developments

• Collaborate effectively with project teams

• Mentor and develop junior estimating staff

• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in landscape construction estimating

• Proficient in landscape installation methods and pricing

• Strong client communication skills

• Familiarity with LMN software is advantageous

• Valid driver's license for site visits
