Position: Ledcor Health & Safety Advisor Role
Join Ledcor as a Health & Safety Advisor, ensuring robust safety measures at diverse project sites. Your professional judgment and strong relationship-building skills will be key in promoting Ledcor's safety standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in heavy civil or mining. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, advising management on safety systems, and verifying compliance with various safety regulations. This position prioritizes proactive engagement and collaboration to address operational safety issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety inspections and discuss issues with supervisors

• Advise on compliance with Ledcor’s Health and Safety System

• Assist in hazard assessments, safety meetings, and orientations

• Develop and improve safety documentation and procedures

• Monitor HS&E plan implementation and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant industries

• CRSP certification or Occupational Health and Safety diploma

• Ability to communicate safety standards effectively

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Must pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks
