Key Responsibilities:

• Operate screed machinery safely and effectively

• Maintain accurate grades and slopes during paving

• Collaborate with the construction team on-site

• Prioritize safety of self and colleagues during operations

• Ensure paving quality through attention to detail

Requirements:

• 2-3 seasons of experience as a screed operator

• Valid BC Driver’s License for travel

• Knowledge of asphalt and paving processes

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
