You will oversee projects from mobilization through completion, including the planning and coordination of prefabricated wall- and floor-panel systems produced within the Paradigm Group. You will ensure panel delivery, crane-assisted installation, bracing, connections, sequencing, inspections, deficiencies, and trade integration are completed safely and in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, building codes, and quality requirements.

AT A GLANCE

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
  • Travel to active projects throughout British Columbia
  • Typical 10-12 hour shifts, with overtime and rotational work based on project schedules
  • LOA, mileage, travel time, and employer-arranged accommodations, as applicable

  • Group benefits, EAP, annual safety allowance, referral bonus program, and growth opportunities

  • Guide Forepersons, crews, subcontractors, and trades through clear planning, communication, and accountability.
  • Make a direct impact on project safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and successful turnover.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead on-site project delivery from mobilization and pre-construction planning through deficiency completion and turnover.
  • Direct and coordinate Forepersons, company crews, subcontractors, suppliers, crane operators, and trades, establishing clear daily priorities and accountability.
  • Lead toolbox and coordination meetings and maintain look-ahead plans, task lists, labour plans, material requirements, equipment needs, and site logistics.
  • Coordinate delivery, staging, lifting, installation, bracing, fastening, connection, and inspection of prefabricated wall- and floor-panel systems.
  • Confirm panel layouts, openings, tolerances, connections, sequencing, and interfaces with foundations, roofs, windows, doors, mechanical, electrical, and finishing scopes.
  • Review drawings, specifications, schedules, panel shop drawings, site instructions, and revisions; identify constructability concerns before they affect production.
  • Submit clear Requests for Information and communicate field conditions, changes, delays, risks, progress, and decisions to the project management team.
  • Monitor schedule performance and productivity, adjust sequencing and resources, and proactively resolve site, material, design, trade, and logistical constraints.
  • Complete site inspections and enforce safety policies, building codes, project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage quality-control checks, deficiencies, corrective work, inspections, documentation, and turnover readiness.
  • Maintain daily reports, site records, photographs, delivery and progress information, change documentation, and tool and trailer inventories.
  • Build a positive, productive site culture by coaching Forepersons, mentoring team members, and addressing concerns promptly.
