Buildforth by Paradigm is hiring an experienced Site Superintendent to lead all on-site construction activities on active projects throughout British Columbia. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is responsible for overall site execution and directly coordinates Forepersons, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to keep projects safe, organized, and moving forward.
You will oversee projects from mobilization through completion, including the planning and coordination of prefabricated wall- and floor-panel systems produced within the Paradigm Group. You will ensure panel delivery, crane-assisted installation, bracing, connections, sequencing, inspections, deficiencies, and trade integration are completed safely and in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, building codes, and quality requirements.

- Lead on-site project delivery from mobilization and pre-construction planning through deficiency completion and turnover.
- Direct and coordinate Forepersons, company crews, subcontractors, suppliers, crane operators, and trades, establishing clear daily priorities and accountability.
- Lead toolbox and coordination meetings and maintain look-ahead plans, task lists, labour plans, material requirements, equipment needs, and site logistics.
- Coordinate delivery, staging, lifting, installation, bracing, fastening, connection, and inspection of prefabricated wall- and floor-panel systems.
- Confirm panel layouts, openings, tolerances, connections, sequencing, and interfaces with foundations, roofs, windows, doors, mechanical, electrical, and finishing scopes.
