Lead impactful data center developments with True North Sustainable Infrastructure as a Senior Project Manager. Oversee large-scale projects across Canada, ensuring excellence in execution and stakeholder alignment.
As a full-time Senior Project Manager, you will report to the President and manage multiple concurrent large-scale data center projects. Your focus will be on budget management, risk mitigation, and quality control within mission-critical environments. You will leverage your experience in commercial construction to drive successful project delivery and collaboration among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale data center construction from planning to handover

• Execute feasibility analysis, budgeting, and procurement strategies

• Direct technical coordination and resolve construction challenges

• Act as Owner’s Representative during construction phases

• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and contracts
Requirements:

• 8 to 12+ years in project management for complex construction

• Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects

• Strong command of risk management and scheduling methodologies

• Experience with project controls software like MS Project

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
