Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large data center projects from conception to completion

• Conduct feasibility studies and oversee procurement initiatives

• Manage multidisciplinary design and construction teams

• Serve as Owner’s Representative for project oversight

• Maintain rigorous cost and contract administration practices

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years in construction project management

• Proven track record of delivering complex commercial projects

• Familiarity with construction sequencing and risk controls

• Ability to lead across diverse teams and stakeholders

• Willingness to travel across Canada to project sites
