The advisor is pivotal in maintaining compliance and fostering a culture of safety across sites. Ideal candidates possess strong experience in health and safety within high-risk industries, such as mining or construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain health and safety programs

• Conduct safety audits and site inspections

• Provide training and safety orientations

• Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis

• Liaise with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders

Requirements:

• NCSO designation or OHS Certificate required

• 3-5 years in health and safety role

• Mining and construction experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
