• Evaluate subcontractor bids for competitiveness

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical diploma

• Seven or more years in construction industry roles

• Five years in cost estimation experience

• Proficient with HCSS estimating software

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
