Mining Skilled Labourers
- Mine Life Expansion Project - 14/7 - LOA + Travel Allowance
- Up to $40.58/hr
- Merritt, BC
Ledcor is seeking experienced Skilled Labourers to join their team for a major mine life expansion project near Logan Lake, BC. These positions offer the chance to work alongside earthworks, heavy equipment, and carpentry crews, supporting a variety of construction activities in a dynamic mining environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and have prior experience in heavy civil, earthworks, or mining projects.

- Wages: $27.06 - $40.58 per hour (based on experience and certification)
- 14 days on, 7 days off rotation

- Previous experience as a Labourer on heavy civil, earthworks, pipeline, mining, or industrial construction projects
- Experience spotting for heavy equipment (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with excavation, backfill, grading, compaction, and general earthworks activities
- Experience supporting carpentry, concrete, or formwork crews (asset)
- Ability to understand and follow hand signals, radio communication, and directions
- Experience using common construction hand and power tools
- Physically capable of demanding work, including lifting, carrying, shovelling, and working on uneven terrain
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Valid CSTS-09, CSTS-2020, or CSO ticket
- Completion of all required project-specific online orientations
- Experience spotting for heavy equipment is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with excavation, backfill, grading, compaction, and general earthworks activities is an asset
- Experience supporting carpentry, concrete, or formwork crews is an asset
