Infracon, based in Kamloops, BC, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects nationwide. You will take charge of daily field operations, collaborating closely with Project Managers and teams to drive project success. The role demands proficiency in scheduling, coordination of resources, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily field operations for civil construction projects
• Collaborate with Project Managers on work plans and strategies
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently
• Direct and support teams for safe and productive work
• Monitor schedules to achieve project milestones
Requirements:
• 10+ years civil construction experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of heavy civil and underground construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software
• Willingness to travel across Western Canada
