Civil Construction Foreman

Lead civil construction projects with Infracon as a Foreman in Kamloops, BC. This full-time role emphasizes strong safety leadership and effective management of site activities to ensure project success.

Infracon is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to oversee site operations across various projects in Western Canada. Reporting directly to the General Superintendent, you will coordinate crews, equipment, and materials, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Your proven leadership will foster a strong culture of safety and teamwork within diverse teams throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and promote safety and environmental protocols

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate resources

• Review construction drawings and collaborate with project teams

• Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules

• Maintain clear communication regarding expectations and performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in civil construction

• Experience with civil projects and team leadership

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and practices

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required

• Eligible to work in Canada
