Position: Guest Service Agent at Glacier House Resort

Enhance guest relations at Glacier House Resort in Revelstoke, BC as a Guest Service Agent. Provide personalized service and support to ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise during their visit. Collaboration with team members and external partners is crucial to maintain seamless operations and provide an inviting atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and ensure their comfort from arrival

• Respond to inquiries quickly and efficiently

• Process resort transactions accurately using a POS system

• Organize guest service documents and maintain records

• Work collaboratively with various departments

Requirements:

• High school education required

• Friendly and approachable attitude towards guests

• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling

• Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Criminal Record Check required for employment
