Travel Counsellor, Kamloops
Location:
Kamloops, British Columbia
Maritime Travel Inc. is seeking a part‑time or full‑time Travel Counsellor to join our Kamloops branch. The successful candidate will work with customers to identify travel opportunities, provide exceptional service, and manage itineraries using our automated templates.
Responsibilities- Sell travel products and destinations based on client interests
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Prepare and process itineraries with assistance of our automated templates
- Minimum 2 years of sales or customer‑service experience
- Personal travel experience
- Ability to work part‑time or full‑time
- Computer proficiency and aptitude to learn new systems
- Interest in working in a team environment
